Refund And Return Policy

We accept replacements when there are problems related to damage to the goods due to the fault of the manufacturer and the shipping unit. This policy is guaranteed to be in effect for 10 days from the date of delivery.

We do not accept replacements when there are issues with the customer’s use. These include items that are not in their original condition (damaged or lacking parts due to circumstances beyond our control) and items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The returned product must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please email support@dehema.net.
Please do not send your PO transaction back to the ‘sender address’. Details will be sent to your email once your refund application has been approved.

We recommend keeping track of the item, since if it is not delivered or is lost while reverse shipping, the refund will be void (as it was never received).

Address for the return
Before returning, please contact the customer support team to assist you with the Unique Customer Code for the return order. We will not be liable for any goods returned directly without a Unique Customer Code.

Replacements
After getting and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to inform you know it has been received. We will also notify you of the refund’s approval or denial.
If you are approved, your replacement will be shipped as soon as we receive your defective return.

Important Note:
– We do not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The specific cost should depend on the logistics company you select.
– Our payment gateway will charge 5% of the item cost as a transaction fee for all canceled or returned orders.
– 10% of the item cost will be charged to the customer as a restocking fee for returned orders.
